5,174 cm² of porcelain-coated cast iron with 86.9 MJ/h behind it. Enough grill to put eight plates up together, instead of cooking in shifts while the first round goes cold.
Sear one end, simmer the other
Five heavy-gauge 304 stainless burners over a die-cast aluminium box, 75 MJ/h between them, each on its own control. Run a hard sear at one end and hold the first round warm at the other.
Know your heat, don't guess it
A gauge set into the hood reads the chamber up to about 370 °C, marked in Fahrenheit on the dial, so you know where you are without lifting the lid.
The grease never reaches the flame
Double-stacked grates catch fat on the way down and drain it forward to a cup that pulls out of the front, rather than letting it fall onto the burners. Coleman rates it at 75% more grease captured than a single-grate design.

Which model should I choose?
The Cart is the freestanding option. Full BBQ, side burner and enclosed storage on wheels, ready to use straight on a patio. If you are building permanent outdoor kitchen cabinetry instead, see the Built-In version.
What is actually in the box?
The BBQ, the cart, the porcelain-coated cast iron grates and a premium one-third double-sided hot plate, ridged on one face and smooth on the other. The gas hose and regulator are included. The gas bottle is not, and covers and tools are sold separately.
Do I need to supply my own gas bottle?
Yes. It connects via a hose and regulator to a standard LPG bottle, the usual 9 kg swap-and-go size. The bottle itself is not included.
Does it come assembled?
No, it ships flat-pack. Assembly is genuinely a two-person job, and Coleman's official assembly manual is at colemanbbqs.com.au/support.
Will it survive near the coast?
The burners are heavy-gauge 304 stainless with steel flame tamers, and the grates are porcelain-coated cast iron rather than bare steel, so the parts that usually go first are the parts Coleman built heaviest. Keep the cover on and give it a rinse and it will see out many summers.
