How we compare prices
To keep things fair, the comparison needs to be for the same brand, model and SKU, publicly advertised by an Australian retailer, in stock and available to purchase.
We compare the total delivered price, including shipping, surcharges and any required fees. This matters for larger items where freight can vary by location or access.
What is excluded
Our Fair Price Promise does not apply to marketplace listings, clearance items, damaged or display stock, member-only pricing, coupon stacking, pricing errors, quote-only freight or products that are not directly comparable.
