Many products include free standard shipping. Larger items such as garden sheds, Smartlockers, greenhouses and BBQs can ship differently because of their size and weight. Where freight needs to be quoted, we will confirm it with you before you pay for freight.

Found the same product advertised for less by an Australian retailer? Contact us before ordering and we will review the total delivered price. We will do our best to help where we can, without hiding freight or fees in the fine print.

Returns and warranty support
Stocked items are covered by our 30 day returns policy. Made-to-order products have different change-of-mind rules once production starts, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply if something arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described.
