Cooking Surface
The main cooking area is a half hotplate, half grill grate layout, so you can sear and use the flat plate at the same time. The hotplate itself is double-sided, smooth and flat on one side for delicate cooking like eggs or seafood, and ridged on the other for proper grill marks.
