Double-stacked angled grill plates capture fat and grease and redirect it into a front-access collection cup, cutting down on flare-ups and hot spots. Food cooks more evenly and cleanup is easier.
Cooking Surface
The main cooking area is a one-third hotplate, two-thirds grill grate layout, so you can sear and use the flat plate at the same time. The hotplate is double-sided, smooth and flat on one side, and ridged on the other for grill marks.
