Flare-Free Technology™
The gas side uses Flare-Free Technology™, capturing 75% of grease to cut down on flare-ups and keep food cooking evenly instead of burning. Weatherproof Instastart™ ignition lights the gas side reliably in any weather, and a dedicated charcoal lighting burner speeds up getting the coals going.
Cooking Surface
The gas side is a one-third hotplate, two-thirds grill grate layout, so you can sear on the grate and use the flat hotplate at the same time. The hotplate is double-sided, smooth and flat on one side for delicate cooking, and ridged on the other for proper grill marks.
Generous Cooking Space and Double-Layer Hood
With over 6,948cm² of total cooking area, 3,036cm² on the gas side and 2,568cm² on the charcoal side, there's room to cook for a crowd. The double-layer hood retains heat well across both cooking methods.
Foldable Side Shelves and Utensil Storage
