One structure, two sealed-off zones.
A permanent partition wall splits the growhouse down the middle, and each zone keeps its own set of double sliding doors. Walk from the hot house straight into the shade zone without stepping outside, while each side still closes off on its own.

The warm half, for propagation and cool-season growth.
Twin-wall 6mm polycarbonate glazing holds heat in the way a single pane or open mesh never could, giving seedlings and heat-loving crops a head start even when it is cold outside.

Perforated aluminium mesh shade zone
The cooler half, for hardening off and shade lovers.
Perforated, powder-coated aluminium mesh panels cut direct sun and let air move through, so plants that need protection from heat or wind get it without the stuffiness of a fully sealed structure.

What is a MultiZone Growhouse?
A single structure with two full growing zones built in: a 6mm polycarbonate hot house and an aluminium-mesh shade house, divided by a permanent internal partition wall. Each zone has its own set of sliding doors.
Who is it for?
Growers who genuinely use two growing stages in the same season, such as propagating seedlings in the warm zone and hardening them off in the shade zone, or growing heat-loving and shade-loving plants side by side without needing two structures.
What sizes are available?
10ft wide, in four lengths: 10ft x 12ft, 10ft x 16ft, 10ft x 20ft and 10ft x 24ft.
Is it a greenhouse or a shade house?
Both, in one structure. One side is glazed in 6mm polycarbonate like a standard Wintergardenz greenhouse. The other side uses the same perforated aluminium mesh as a standalone Wintergardenz shadehouse.
Why not just buy a separate greenhouse and a separate shade house?
You can, and if you only need one of the two environments that is the simpler option. The Multizone Growhouse earns its place when you want both: it is one frame, one foundation footprint and one delivery instead of two separate structures to site and connect, and one 15 year warranty covering the whole thing rather than two to keep track of.
How does the partition actually work day to day?
A permanent internal wall divides the hot house from the shade zone. Each side keeps its own set of double sliding doors, so you move plants or yourself between zones without opening the structure to the outside weather.
Can the two zones run at different conditions?
Yes, by design rather than by any added control system. The hot house side's polycarbonate glazing holds warmth in, while the shade side's aluminium mesh lets heat and wind move through. The two zones sit at different temperature and light levels because the materials on each side are different, not because of separate climate controls.
Is it worth the extra cost over a single-zone structure?
Only if you will genuinely use both zones. If you need one growing environment, a standalone Wintergardenz glasshouse, polycarbonate greenhouse or shadehouse is the cheaper and simpler choice. The Multizone Growhouse is for growers who regularly move plants through a warm-to-shade or shade-to-warm growing cycle and want that in one structure instead of two.
