Delivery Information
The Smartlocker can be delivered Australia Wide and we have 2 options available.
Click & Collect from Depot – We recommend picking up your shed from your local Mainfreight depot, or the Brisbane warehouse for free. We will provide you with updates when it is dispatched and when it’s ready to be collected. Please be aware you will have 48 hours to arrange collection once it arrives. After this period a daily storage fee will be payable to the depot when you collect.
Home Delivery – You can have the product delivered directly to your home Australia-wide. Please contact us for a quote (generally around $500). Please be aware we cannot deliver to some remote areas and it is an ‘Assisted Delivery Service’.
Made to Order
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for manufacturing. During busy periods there may be delays and be mindful these are big products to freight so we cannot 100% guarantee delivery dates
Shipping
- Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within Australia.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Your item(s) will be packed and shipped within 3 days.
- A shipping confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of the item(s) leaving the warehouse.
- In the case that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

Damages
Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, please make a note when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery of a damaged package, you are required to take photos immediately of the damages (packaging and/or products) and forward to our Customer Service team at info@homeharvesthub.com.au
